One of the biggest aviation festivals in the world with full of excitement on each step, TEKNOFEST starts at Istanbul Atatürk Airport between September 21-26.

TEKNOFEST, which aims to raise awareness of technology and science in the whole society, as well as to increase the human resources trained in the fields of science and engineering in Turkey, hosts the largest award-winning Technology Competitions in the history of Turkey in 35 different categories, ranging from rockets to autonomous systems, from artificial intelligence to underwater systems, in order to support young people's work on the technologies of the future.

Unlike the previous year, Mixed Swarm Simulation, Communication Technologies, Fighting UAV, Artificial Intelligence in Transportation, Artificial Intelligence in Health, Culture and Tourism Technologies, High School Students Pole Research Projects, Agricultural Unmanned Land Vehicle, Digital Technologies in Industry Competitions will take place within the scope of TEKNOFEST 2021 Technology Competitions.

Turkish Stars, Soloturk, Atak Helicopter, Redbull Demonstration Aircraft, General Commandership of Gendarmerie and DGS will provide exciting moments of the sky with greeting and demonstration flights.

Various activities will take place during the festival. With the Vertical Wind Tunnel, Balloon flights and civil flights, visitors will enjoy the event. Dozens of activities such as planetarium, Space Exhibitions, science exhibitions and static exhibitions with legendary airplanes will add to the festival enjoyment.

To boost young people's interest in creating and developing domestic technology, and to support the projects of thousands of young people working in these disciplines, a total of more than 5 million TRY in material support will be granted to teams that pass the pre-selection stage. The teams that competed in TEKNOFEST and qualified to the rankings will be eligible to win prizes totaling more than 5 million TRY.
